The whole machine is divided into two parts: cleaning and drying. The cleaning part consists of three parts; The first part is rough washing and equipped with ultrasonic waves. Its water source is self circulating and can continue to be used after passing through a filter; The second part is the fine washing part, whose water source is also self circulating and can continue to be used after passing through a filter. The third part is the silicification part, whose water source is disposable and can continue to be used after sedimentation; The drying section consists of a drying and cooling section.

Working principle

Arrange the blood collection tubes upside down in a stainless steel mesh tray, place them on the tray rack, and move forward with the transmission of the chain to sink into the effective range of ultrasonic waves in the cleaning tank. Under the action of ultrasonic waves, the dirt adsorbed inside and outside the test tube bottle is removed, and the final cleanliness requirement can be achieved by flushing through the internal and external flushing devices of the precision washing section. After cleaning, the blood collection tube is silicified by a high-pressure water pump with a certain proportion of silicification solution when passing through the silicification section, so that the inner wall of the blood collection tube meets the silicification requirements. Then, along with the conveyor chain, the mesh disk is transported to the spraying section and subjected to external flushing of the siliconized test tubes through high-pressure nozzles. The silicone oil on the outside of the test tubes is washed clean, and then enters the drying section for drying. When the blood collection tube passes through the tunnel, it can achieve the drying effect by passing through a certain temperature and time under the action of a high air volume centrifugal fan. Finally, the baking tray enters the cooling section for cooling to reach a safe temperature, and then the finished product is manually removed.

control mode

1. The three water pumps are independently controlled and driven by variable frequency speed regulation, which can be determined according to the cleaning and drying conditions of the test tube bottles.
2. The program control of the production line adopts touch screen control, and the heating adopts temperature control module and PLC mutual control. The heating and fan are controlled by an interlocking lock to prevent damage to the test tube bottles due to misoperation or equipment failure. The heating power is divided into two groups for control, and different power can be selected according to the user's different temperatures.
